Regardless of your personal interests, there is a place for you at Oregon City Church of the Nazarene. There are so many ways you can contribute. We are always trying new things, and we are committted to helping you use the gifts God has given you to love God, love people, make disciples and make a difference.

You can get involved in any of these activities by marking your response card with your contact information or by contacting the Church Office:
SERVING THE CHURCH:
  • Worship Team – Every service held at OC Naz is filled with a collection of voices and instrumentalists bringing sounds of worship. We use music to focus our minds and hearts on God. More than simply music, however, songs of worship are prayers of thanks, need, and devotion that prepare our hearts to be changed. We work to create an environment of worship during our services using music, art, media and more.
  • Audio/Video Team – Through worship at OC Naz we hope to paint a picture of who God is and to create a variety of opportunities for response to what God is doing in our lives. In that, we try to find creative ways beyond music – using all kinds of talents and art forms.
  • Website Design – We continually invite website enthusiasts to assist in upgrading our website with new and fresh ideas.
  • Ushers/Greeters – If you enjoy greeting people then this is a position for you!
  • Building Maintenance – Help to keep our buildings and grounds in good order.
  • Maxine Fritz Library – The library at OC Naz is well stocked with a wide variety of books. There is a large section of Christian fiction covering a range of thriller, romance, historical, etc. books. The non-fiction section covers many topics of interest including Church History, Spiritual Growth, Doctrine & Issues. We also have a selection for youth and children. Make sure to check out the multi-media materials as well. The library is self-serve, so it is open whenever the church is open. Office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (T-F).
SERVING EACH OTHER:
  • Small Groups – We have a variety of small groups, Bible Studies, and outreach ministries for you to participate in.
