Pastor Val Rich comes to us with twenty years of pastoral experience including ten years as Senior Pastor for Simi Alliance Church in Simi Valley, CA.  He has spent 17 years as a charter boat owner/skipper.  During that time he was sharing the gospel on the docks and on fishing boats in Southern California.

Currently Pastor Val shares the love of Jesus by visiting our seniors in their homes, doing hospital visits, and rehab home visits.  Pastor Val also does a church service, a Bible study in two different independent retirement communities, and provides chaplain services as part of an employee benefit program for the employees of two different businesses in Milwaukie and Hillsboro.

Pastor Val believes that we need to reach outside the four walls of our church to the lost in a dying world.  He really enjoys taking the Gospel to the unchurched as well as visiting the seniors who are not always able to get out to fellowship with others.
